About Us
At The Doggie Bus, we understand that your dog is part of the family, and we treat them as such. Our experienced and loving crew are dedicated to providing top-quality care and exercise for your beloved pet.

Your dog will be picked up at your front door and taken aboard the bus to our own private land close by where he or she gets to run, play, sniff, walk, wag, bark (and some even wiggle!) with other furry friends. When all tired out, we load everyone back onto the bus and drop back off to you!

GROUP PLAY (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Once your doggie has had a Meet and Greet with us, they can join our group play days. We screen all doggies to ensure a safe and fun time for all.

SMALL DOG GROUP PLAY (Tuesday)

This is for those smaller doggies who don't want to necessarily play with the "big boys". Doggies will always be with other small dogs within an enclosed area.

Registered Veterinary Technician on staff

As a member of the Ontario Veterinary Technician Association, our RVT has to take yearly continuing education to keep updated on the most proven and science based medicine and behaviour. We aren't just dog lovers, we have the background that distinguishes us from other pet care.

Fully insured

We have business liability as well as commercial insurance for the bus.

Fear Free Certified

We use the trusted fear free methods to prevent any fear, anxiety and stress that can accompany dogs adjusting to new environments, smells, people and other dogs. This means putting your doggie's well being before anything. We are always transparent and honest and communicate how well your doggie does with us. We want the doggies to feel safe, happy and stress free!

Yes.  Dogs older than one year must be spayed or neutered.  This is for the safety of all dogs.  Not only do we not want unwanted puppies, we don't want dog fights.
We take them to our own private land in Hampton. Your doggies will only play with our dogs, that have been screened (as yours will be).  The dogs will always be within a secured area.  Within the enclosed are there is also a barn.  Doggies have indoor/outdoor access!
Yes.  It is necessary that all dogs are up to date on vaccines as well as Bordetella (for kennel cough) and have seen their Veterinarian within the past year.  Proof of vaccination required before booking.
Ride n'Plays are scheduled Monday to Friday.  Depending on where you live, pick up times will vary.  Morning pick ups will be between 8am and 10:30am and doggies are dropped back off between 1:00pm and 3:30pm.

We send out the route and times for pick up via text the evening before.

Unfortunately, you cannot ride with your doggie.  We promise to take care of your doggies as if they were our own!
Our land has a big barn that will be used in the winter months as well as on rainy days.  The extra large barn doors will be open to in and out play.

We do recommend sweaters and coats for winter and rain coats for rainy days.  (Please note that items of clothing will get dirty and could in a rare occasion, become damaged)

If the road conditions are not good during a snowstorm or freezing rain, we will cancel.  The safety of our staff and the doggies is always our primary concern.
It is completely normal that doggie parents worry about their fur babies! Some doggies are nervous their first time on the bus, but once they get to play, they relax and enjoy themselves.  In rare cases, we have had dogs afraid to leave their parents and get on the bus.  Those same doggies now run excitedly to the bus!

We recognize, however, that some doggies may not enjoy themselves. Although this is rare, it can happen.  We never want doggies to come if they don't relax after one or 2 ride n'plays.  We always communicate honestly and openly to owners about how their doggie is doing.  If your dog is clearly not having fun or is overly fearful, we will tell owners that we don't think this is a fit for them.
